  4. Went to Mission Ridge for da weeekend. Nice ski hill they have there. Got some nice lil' freshiez yesterday morning in the upper chutes, and some sweet windpacked stuff. Looks like it's a great place for inbounds rando, lots of sweet turns to be had for a little walking. Look forward to going there next year! We got 20% off on lift tix there by showing our seasons passes for other areas, brought the price of an all day ticket to around 30$. Don't know if this is a springtime only offer or all the time.
  5. Censure: strong or vehement expression of disapproval, to criticize ot reproach in a harsh or vehement manner Censor: to delete (a word or passage of text) in one's capacity as a censor I think it's fair to say that there are some here who might censure you, however, any post deleting would have been censored. So what did we learn today? Highly educated folks can commit acts of plagarism, and they can misuse 50 cent words. One wonders how such an erudite man could commit such vile acts! (word definitions courtesy of Webster's)
  6. Plagarism? Nice touch!
  7. Dude, you are so dense! The next country on our snit list is FRANCE! How DARE they disagree with us...never mind that without their help we'd still be eating boiled food and drinking warm beer!
  8. Personally, I can't wait to see India invading Pakistan based on their perceived threat. Won't that be great!?
  9. There are so many things about this Iraq invasion that I find troubling, but the thing I keep coming back to is the fact that we are not there because of anything Iraq or its leaders have done to us or our allies. The precedence of this arbitrary military action is downright scary.
  10. *post deleted by allison* (note to self: don't suffer fools!)
  11. US invading Iraq=untenable I hope Bush has to go the Hague and explain himself. It's been said here, this is bullshit.
  12. One of my homies at the office is fighting the fight too, and today he made a good observation on the subject: It is a lot easier to start smoking, than it is to stop smoking. with that?
  13. Sadly, I am deserving of a little penalty slack myself. I haven't totally screwed the proverbial pooch on this quitting thing, but there have been indiscretions of the smoking variety, and of this I am not so proud. Time to get serious about this again before the smoking sneaks back in. MUFFY, LET'S GET BUSY!
  14. chucK=correct. MORE IMPORTANTLY: Drinking in Ballard this week=BAD. Drink elsewhere this week, and drink in Ballard next week! The beer in Ballard this week has been hijacked, and is not actually IN Ballard now! It is elsewhere! Drink somewhere where there is BEEr, noT BaLLarD!!!!
  15. I'm going to go all Sean Penn on the next person who shoves the camera in my face at Pub Club. Trust me, I am just as tired of seeing my picture all over this site as anyone else is.
  16. Dude, that is not a very nice thing to say!

If Attitude really was me, trust me, the motorsports portrayed here would be F1 motorbikes or cars. I have better taste in motorsports than my redneccky friend!!
  18. My honey spent a whole day at Crystal with his boots on 'walk' mode...some of the finest skiing I've seen him do. Go figure! We got a pretty good out of it though!
  19. gee, thanx for the link allison Hey Attitude, you ARE enjoying this arentcha, huh, AREnT'CHA!!!
  20. I have to work very late tomorrow night, so OF cOURSE it's in Ballard.
  21. Sierra Designs was purchased last week as well, though I can't remember who bought them. TNF let their tent designer go last week too. I hear someone at a party this weekend say, "they'll just have to have one of [TNF's parent company, Vanity Fair] the bra designers do the tents now." Just imagine the possiblities. Upstarts considering forming a new tent company, now it is the time to jump in and fill the massive hole that is forming.
