Personally, I can't wait to see India invading Pakistan based on their perceived threat. Won't that be great!?

There are so many things about this Iraq invasion that I find troubling, but the thing I keep coming back to is the fact that we are not there because of anything Iraq or its leaders have done to us or our allies. The precedence of this arbitrary military action is downright scary.

My honey spent a whole day at Crystal with his boots on 'walk' mode...some of the finest skiing I've seen him do. Go figure! We got a pretty good out of it though!

Sierra Designs was purchased last week as well, though I can't remember who bought them. TNF let their tent designer go last week too. I hear someone at a party this weekend say, "they'll just have to have one of [TNF's parent company, Vanity Fair] the bra designers do the tents now." Just imagine the possiblities. Upstarts considering forming a new tent company, now it is the time to jump in and fill the massive hole that is forming.

Wow, while we were out drinking, you peeps were busy! Dru, it's good it was a hypothetical Pub Club liason, because I was laughing so hard red wine was coming out of my nose. In this fictitious world of cc.com road trip romances, I think Steph Davis should play the girl and Dean Potter should play the boy. Then we all get to get a little Dean Potter after a long day of soloing .11 splitter crack in Moab. I hate to tell tales out of school, so I won't, but there were some people there tonight who maybe used to think differently about some other people, and I think some of the people there might have had a good time. Most importantly, it was a good fun one. I am just so impressed with the Virtual Pub Club, I bet the numbers were comparable to a real one.

and what is the name of that cheap kind of bunkhouse hostel place north of the Village? Thinking of running up there next week for a few turns if I can find lodging without compromising myself. Alternately, anyone have a condo or anything they would like to lend me for a night or two? Be happy to leave you a couple of drawings or something nice as a payment. This has worked well lately...I have a laptop and some new dental work I got this way.
