I wouldn't think so; having the right gear means being able to have the right cadence, which means you can get a more consistant cardio workout. That said, it doesn't allow you to puss out and ride a smaller gear up the hills, but if you do that you suck anyways.

I was totally under the impression that they'd even have a seperate weight room when they built the new gym, but alas, it's all for yoga, which you have to pay extra for. Haven't been in a few months but then all they had was the single weight bench. Time to convert the garage and join the local gym.

A regular masonry bit would most likely work, but it would be a lot slower.

Are you kidding Greg? That's a pretty stupid argument. The Kerry campaign has spoken out against the group (like McCain). It's not libel because, well it's not libel. It's just the opinions of some people. Some people that didn't serve very much with or know very well John Kerry.

So you're counting web sites now? 99 to 1 eh? Most of those criticisms you'll find by veteran organizations have to do with Kerry's outspokenness after the war, not with his service there... Pretty important difference. I guess that ad just really got to me. New lows every day!
