I kind of doubt even that, it hit 10C in Lillooet the other day and was raining right to the summit of the Duff on Friday (on top of the giant snowpack). Just doesn't seem to have been cold enough to generate roadside ice yet even at the Rambles. Also the ground is being insulated by the snow instead of freezing so all the creeks and seeps are still running water
