I'm in. Swap meet or Rope up, count me in. (--Climb on,,, Hey dude, where can get one o' them there action suit thingies?

Try Big5 Sports. I've seen some larges in there for under $20. I got my some there myself. The top tightens with a drawstring not elastic, they have pretty good plastic zippers and are rather sturdy to boot. My .02 (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

You might try ebay as well. I have seen some decent prices on axes there now and again. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

Hey Scott, I just pm'd you about the tricams and wild country gear as well. I know I'm next in line, so if it goes, "oh well". If not, just let me know. 425.922.1719 (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

Hey Jon, I see a performance shop listed in Redmond. Is the one at 15230 NE 24th the one you're talking about? (--Climb on,,,

Check this, http://www.rei.com/online/store/ProductDisplay?storeId=8000&catalogId=40000008000&productId=9307089&parent_category_rn=4500458 Have them print this out and take it in with them. (Scroll down towards the bottom and take a look at the "Specs".) That should shut them up quickly enough. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

No Dreamer on Saturday. I ended up over at Index. I had a pretty decent time though.

Looking for a partner. Vantage is a distinct possibility, but Darrington and all that granite beckons as well. Anyone got an itch for some multi-pitch stuff up there? I'd likely head up tomorrow night and camp out for an early start on the Green Giant or 3 o'clock. (--Climb on,,, Kevin

Speaking of the cozy megatropolis that is D-town,,, Anyone going up there this Saturday? I will be in the area and might try to sneak in a few pitches in the early AM. I'll have my gear with me, so if it's a last minute decision to head up there you can catch me on my cell. 425.922.1719 (--Climb on,,, Kevin

Marmot Mountainworks in Bellevue has 'em. They're just around the corner. Right now though, all they have is a 41.5 and a 42 in stock. The sales dude said they could get others in if you need them. (--Climb on,,, Kevin

The restaurant/lounge on Main, right off the Mountain Loop highway has better burgers and fries at a better price though. It's right on the way back from Three o'clock rock too. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

Hey all, I'm planning on camping out at the trailhead for three o'clock rock tonight and doing some early morning climbing tomorrow. I'm heading that way some time around 9 or 10 tonight. Any takers? 425.922.1719 (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

Check your PM box. I'm heading to Darrington tomorrow still. (--Climb on,,,

Hey all, I'm heading up to Darrington about mid-day on Friday and plan to climb that evening and all day Saturday. Any takers? Don't worry if you don't have gear. I've got enough for whatever we'd be doing. So if you want to go, just pm me and we'll set something up. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

My best bet would be next weekend, 29 - 30 June. I would most likely be able to go up on Friday even for those folks lucky enough to be like myself and not have a job at the moment. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

So I guess all that scuttlebutt was untrue about folks wanting to have a climbers gathering in Darrington. Oh well. Guess it'll have to be a gathering of two or three folks then. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo Nice shiny, new action suit dude!!

Hey all, I've heard the whispers and the rumors, and now I want to find out who all would like to get together in D-town for a "late spring/early summer" rope-up near some excellent granite climbing. There is a decent amount of area just up the road from the Three-o'clock rock area for camping/parking. Who all would be interested in getting together to climb all day and then tip back a few cold ones and tell highly inflated tales of all the sick moves they made that day? Maybe even do some trail maintenance where required. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo

Hot Day tip #4: Climb really hard in the boiling sun, rip up your fingers pretty good for your next day's climbing trip , suck down some am/pm dogs 'n drinks, then go check out a little league game. (They're better than the M's anyhow.) Oh yeah, don't forget the 40's and AK's either. (--Climb on,,,

If we're being solicited for nominations of locations, I propose Darrington for this big 'ol "rope-up" todo. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo Oh yeah... Cavey, how are those 's treatin' ya?

Hey all, I'm about to get a job and need to get out again. I'm planning on taking off early Thursday morning but will have to be back in Snohomish by 6:30 or so. No overnighter then I guess. Total bummer. I still want to climb tomorrow so let me know. Any takers? Possible destinations??? Darrington Leavenworth Squamish and Vantage are now out due to what's come up. Anybody drooling yet? C'mon, you know you wanna climb. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo [ 06-12-2002, 09:22 PM: Message edited by: rodeo ]

No idea. Wanna go check it out? Or, if you're not working you could head over to L'worth for the afternoon and tomorrow morning as well. (--Climb on,,, Rodeo
