Well I am occasionally a hot head and it is a flaw . Pride is a touchy thing to some people and I am one of em. Apparently Jon however can write any ole swill he chooses on the subject. Body builders do ALOT more than crunches Hanging frog kicks,etc.. low fat when aiming for the abs that everyone adores . I have worked out with and have known personally many body builders and the ripping process to bring the abs out without fat on them starts about 6 weeks before the competition. I can't believe that you think crunches will do the trick . Typical bullshit from jon.kiss my ass wannabe

I had an earlier post in this forum and apparently somebody took it off . My informattion is accurate to the T and there was no profanity. whats the problem? a little LARSON BASHING or what????????? Here's your post Dannyboy. 3 things absolutely needed for the beautiful ab deal . They are Cardio exercise, abdominal exercise and a low fat diet . Unfortuneatly all 3 are needed 2out of 3 won't cut it . If it was easy everyone would have em. By the way I don.t have the desire to do the low fat thing but you can still have a flat stomach (or close ) if you do lots of crunches and cardio

I have done the D.C. more than a couple of times and I could not imagine turning around and doing it again Immediatly . I would have to think about it for a million bucks but maybe not even then . If I did there would be tears in my eyes the whole way

Not to take the attention away from Traskie but this reminds me I really would like to leave my place of employment too many flakes and pussy brown nosers for me. Anyone know of a decent establishment that needs a 20 year bartender. As each day passes I get less and less choosie. Just got my first real road bike this week after riding a hybred bike for the past 3 years WOW what a difference clip on shoes the whole bit . Most of my riding is to work and back (about 13 miles each way but do like to get out for longer rides . Gotta get those covers for the shoes though took over an hour to thaw out the toes when I got home.I been looking for you Jon I usually get to Mercer Island about 8:35 or so when I have the day shift.Ran into a C.C. poster about a month ago late at night he was coming from Amazon.com and I from U-dist we started talking on the bridge. I don't think he posts much and I forgot his name . If your out there Email me maybe we can ride in together sometime. I rarely (well never) ride with anyone else but with a better bike now I can hold a better pace Next time I will search for partners with more of a notice just couldn,t get back to sleep that day and got antsy.

I used to serve meals to the crew of Aeroflot. When in Seattle they stay at the hotel I used to work at . They would come in the bar for lunch. The stewardesses ate like lumberjacks and put soy sauce in the chowder ,thats right all of them .I don't think they were very happy people. Maybe it was my"Better dead than red "t-shirt that put them off. Seriously though if I were single and a rich yuppie I would love to do something like that , wait a minute if I was single and rich I would be using drugs again.either way I am good

Yeah I would think E Bay would be a better bet than here. Somebody who doesn't climb would like them especially with the notes on them. Then again Cavey and Alpine K could probably fill them up and use them after they torch up to finish off the climb from muir ......has it been a year already ? Muir on Sat reunion soon?
