I did it yesterday, and found it to be a fun pitch. Very old school and spicy. There is no top anchor. Once a few moves up the chimney it gets easier, and I didnt use anything over a # 4.

Why does it have to be so difficult?

Nearly all of the rocks in the woods have been climbed. Are you looking for a developed crag, or an adventure climb? You may find the latter.

I went over the Eldo-Triad col a couple of times after it, Not too bad.
