  1. I'm not too sure, it rained pretty good but its had some time to dry out. I'll bet its mostly dry with seeps up high on some routes. If I make it out I'll be late, I've got trusses to hang tomorrow. Found this little crag on sunday, looks too hard for ya Jibster.
  2. This is insane, all ya gotta do is put bolt in the title of a thread and this happens every time.
  3. Thanx for the nice tr and especially the pic of Mt Lincoln on your picasa album. I was up there on saturday in poor visibility and I had no idea what the summit area looked like till now (I didn't summit). Next time...
  4. Think about climbing Serpentine Arete first in a long day, then driving over to the Teanaway and climbing Stuart in 2 or 3 days.
  5. near the summit of Lincoln in the Olympics today
  6. Well worth the short hike in I'll get back there soon. The Breeze and The Trench were two very nice 10's. Thx to the friendly locals who steered me onto them.
  7. So thats down toward Olallie lake, one of my grandfathers favorites. Guess I'll have to make the drive one of these days. Any guidebooks out there to be had?
  8. Now I'm interested, this pic looks like Fossil Rock!
  9. Fossil is what is and will never be more. Glad you guys got out to enjoy the day. There are a lot of nice 'holds' bolted onto the Ottoman empire, someone oughta snag em!
  10. I gotta agree with most of this, managing the risks are the responsibility of the one taking them.
  11. Heres a few shots from today. Theres no all on snow way up that I could see.
  12. Thx, kinda what I expected. Am glad to hear it doesn't have a long hillside above it that drips for multiple days after a good rain.
  13. yep we coming
  14. no rain near oly hi today
  15. Is there any chance today?
  16. Does the wall take long to dry out? I'm not getting my usual sandstone fix in Tenino this summer and want to check this place out but I don't want to drive that far and get shut down.
  17. I have it on good authority "bating" will be a popular sport by the 26th century.
  18. Wrong! Rock climbers not accidentally trying to kill rope swingers
  19. Thanks for getting the important part.
  20. Well thats one of the stupidest things I've seen people do. Is there no anchor where the people fell from? Others have fallen from there with worse results.
  21. This was taken 7/4 looking north from mt ellinor past mt washington. I'd thought the south brother should be in it but I can't make it out. Anyway thats what stuff up there looks like.
  22. I am as well And I go so far as to call it a something generally very pink point
  23. OK its starting to make sense now, the 10b is the approach pitch to the 13-. Ya shoulda reclimbed the easy part, bailed and cleaned off the anchor at the bottom of yer proj. Guess you know that now. You gonna be at the gym wednesday? I got a few old draws for ya Jibby.
  24. Perhaps the owner will fetch it, its really not in that bad of shape yet.
  25. Wow, still 5-8 feet in the first meadow, thats about how much was there at the end of february!
