Cornice tunneling can be very "interesting". Depending on the consolidation of snow it is an iffy way to get past one. It sounds like yours was pretty ideal for punching up through, although if theres a way around I'll usually take that. I guess my rule when I have to, is dig fast! and get past it quick, most cornices are not real stable... Sounds like you had some fun, I spent the whole weekend getting pelted with smowballs from two fiesty kids!!!

no North vs. South here, just a locational delimma. In Traffic it takes a little while to whip down to the T-town, and makes for a long gauntlant home. And being a short week anyway, and the fact that I am driving to Spokavegas for the weekend makes the drive less appealing.

I have to admit I once had a mullet (aka soccer cut) and loved it. Now that I am losing my hair on the top of my head, I feel that I should grow out the back to compensate. Although, I think the back and ear hair are becoming a bit much!!!
