jon Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 THE SPACING BETWEEN THE LINES NEEDS TO BE INCREASED ON THE FORUM HOME. Is this an actual complaint? I'm looking right now on Win7/IE and the line height seems ok. Quote
rob Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 seems great to me on chrome. I like it! Looks good on chrome for iOS, too. Quote
ivan Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 you should replace the top shot of rainier w/ the toof-wand, but other than that, nothing but my good-old-fashioned-fear-of-change can find faults Quote
jon Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 We tried to use a picture of you at Smiffy having a belay smoke but Marlboro wouldn't agree to the licensing terms. Quote

I'm looking right now on Win7/IE and the line height seems ok. I'm running it on Firefox at work (my last hour before I quit, ye haw!) and yes it all looks jammed together. In Word terms I'd say it's got line spacing set around 0.75 where it should be 1.15 or thereabouts Quote
ivan Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 i got windows 8 and yeah, it looks like drewl describes. Quote
olyclimber Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Ivan or Drew...can you do a screenshot so we can see what you're talking about? I just checked it out on a Windoze box running IE and I'm not seeing that problem. Quote
PrincessWookie Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Hey! The new looks is super, and I'm digging it. Thanks guys for all your work. Quote

G-spotter Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Here's what I mean. Most recent version of Firefox. The "Extreme New Look" post title and the "by Ivan" are squeezed against each other compared to the spacing to the next post. Quote
layton Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 nice work. still, i feel this drawing represents climbing in the cascades best Quote

I think the reality here is that we are going to have to ditch the other themes and support only one. Maybe with the new software we will have a light and a dark theme to choose from, but having more then two really creates a headache. Quite honestly I forget there are other theme Quote
ivan Posted November 4, 2012 Author Posted November 4, 2012 i love how, should sherlock holmes be watching, he could easily guess what time of night it was from my wine bottle on the concrete bumper there at cascade pass Quote
YocumRidge Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 Yeah, but I recall a few refills coming from that subbie... Quote
