DRep Posted June 12, 2011 Author Posted June 12, 2011 A herd of goats starting a mudslide with ticks and rattlesnakes in it.... Quote
kevino Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 The worst would be a herd of goats infected with ticks be ridden by woody goomsba trundling rocks, which in turn start a gargantuan mudslides that carries a boatload of rattle snakes and boulders down to the road! Â Â Â top that. Quote
DRep Posted June 12, 2011 Author Posted June 12, 2011 Wow Kevin, pretty serious stuff there. Kinda makes me think twice about 11worth. Quote

ScottP Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 Getting your alcohol-sodden self from the pubs and bars to whatever face-down-in-the-dirt-bagging spot you find yourself in the next morning. Â At least, that's what I was told. Quote

jon_masaya Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 ah snap! dealt with the goats, the rattlesnakes and the ticks last week at SCW. Oh yeah, and who knocked over all them trees at the river?! yeeperz! Quote

mountainmandoug Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 I would definitely say that traffic on Hwy 2 on Sunday afternoon is top of the list. Â Heat exhaustion. Â I've not had all that much trouble with ticks, snakes, or goats. I do hear stories of these though. Â To many people in general, both tourist and climber, can be a problem on summer weekend. Â I think forest fires stand to be mentioned. Â So I guess maybe the ultimate would be a heard of tick-carrying goats starting a mudslide including boulders and rattlesnakes onto your car while you were stuck in traffic of massive tourists fleeing the raging wildfires on Sunday afternoon while suffering from heat exhaustion. Oh yeah, and who knocked over all them trees at the river?! yeeperz! Â The nutcracker himself... Mr. Goomsba. Â Officially, the goats hired Mr. Goomsba because they wanted to protect their training grounds at the SCW and let us know we are not welcome. Quote
mattp Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 I'd rather get ticks than be pestered by the obnoxious campground "hosts" and Larry the Tool! I think Larry's gone now but not the hosts. Quote

You talkin bout the hosts who resold our camp site while we were out climbing because we only left a camp chair? Quote
