Dustin B. Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 post some up! If your staying frozen, my favorite quigloo meal is frozen tater tots + frozen bacon. let the tots absorb the grease from the bacon as this cooks in a fry pan or pot. once it is well cooked melt in cheese + hotsuace (tapatio recommended). another fried whisperlite snack i like is frying up balls of flour and cheese + spices. top with hotsauce of course. tvashtarkatena Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Whisperlite? Do you, like, rock out to Devo on the Walkman while your priming that thing? Quote
mountainmandoug Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 I once baked calzones on a whisperlite, and made a cobbler out of stewed dried fruit for dessert. I guess that was probably the prize-winner for taste, although it ended up messing with my stomach that night.... Quote

AlpineK Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 I've seen yak dung fires in action. Tibetans are tough. I doubt 99.9% of Europeans could hang with the crowd under the tarp where the fire's burned. No chimney Quote
AlpineK Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 They sold us some yummy yak meat. A little onions, garlic, and noodles over the kerosene stove. Quote
