prole
I find it ironic and bitterly amusing that the Bush Administration's "robust" foreign policies and its unilateral extension of American power have only helped to accelerate the US's decline on the world's stage. The news is just full of these kinds of stories these days. Now that Huckabee's out, I'm definitely going McCain.

prole
thought you were talking about this Ha, given the Republican's championing of deregulation, I certainly could've been!
prole
http://cascadeclimbers.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/806129#Post806129 A link to your personal victory parade over Cubahitler? Fifty years in the making. Will Iraq take so long? Tell you what, if it does I'll buy you a celebratory drink in the bar of the Hooters Casino Fallujah. I'll be in my mid-nineties. Substitute the words "Jimmy Carter" for "George Bush" and "Ineffective and confused" for "Robust" and you'd be in the ballpark with an earlier refrain. Ya probably pick on retards too. Easy pickings, so what?

AlpineK
England didn't have too much of a problem stepping back from being a point man. The country did just fine with the US being the main super power. Having been there in the 70's it seemed like a fun place to live. I'm sure we'll do just fine even if China takes over. STP
I am planning my move to Canada or Europe in a couple of years. With U.S. in slump, dual citizenship in EU countries attracts Americans Downside? You might have to serve in their armed services if called up. Do any of you have a dual citizenship? Israeli-US, Canadian-US?
