These puppies have been hard to find for some time.

If you know what they are and want one, Zappo.com had a few in both and men's LG and XL as of last night.

If you don't know what the hoody is...it is an awesome piece of alpine climbing clothing. Hit the hot link below to learn more but I wouldn't wait long.

It looks like the patagonia website has them in stock. I was at the patagonia store in seattle today, and they have a bunch of them.

The r1 hoody is my favorite piece of climbing specific clothing... by far. In fact, I am lounging around in it right now. RIGHT NOW! I am not even climbing, and I am wearing it... amazing eh?

one thing I'd add is that the R1 hoody has a honeycombed fleece, whereas those others don't. The thin areas that make up the honeycomb allow the thing to breath really well. For it's level of warmth, you can be surprisingly comfortable in it while working.

the new West Pole Brand "FOON" hoody has certified Foontech panels in it. this proprietary technology allows your chakras to remain aligned even while hungover. Not even honeycombs or luckycharms will duplicate this effect.

I picked up one of those back in December, after I finally had a chance to see one in person. Even Patagonia was out of them at the time. I found one on backcountry.com, and it's been one of my most versatile pieces of clothing yet. It's really cool to have a nice lightweight fleece on, and have it zip up into a balacava when you need it.
