Finally someone thinks he is a liar

Didn't say I did just that someone else does. It may be true but is sound too fishy to me from the start.

A lot of people think this guy is lying. Doesn't take an investigative genius to realize the story doesn't add up. However, the family has opted not to go public with whatever may have happened; and their right to privacy is supreme.

 

It is too bad search and rescue had to waste their time and their gas money, but they know that is part of the many risks that come with the job. I am glad no S&R were injured in the effort, and glad that jogger guy came to his senses and made it home safely.

I like how he hikes uphill for 15 minutes and then decides that it's too much work and he'll just take the word of a random guy at the trailhed that there's a ravine up there. Now that's some admirable investigative journalism.

I've run a lot of miles at cougar mtn park and I have a hard time believing someone would fall into a ravine in the first place. Secondly, then not be found? And why would he spend the night when he could just get back to the trial? That park is not THAT exotic.
