However, the family has opted not to go public with whatever may have happened; and their right to privacy is supreme. Â It is too bad search and rescue had to waste their time and their gas money, but they know that is part of the many risks that come with the job. The guy I talked to doesn't believe that the dude was down a ravine for so long. They did do a very good search all over the area for the guy. Secondly, then not be found? And why would he spend the night when he could just get back to the trial? That park is not THAT exotic.
