WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Name that route

Recommended Posts

It's the South Face of Pernod--and I know only because I took the photo! Intimidating, licheny, old school 5.9 (felt like 5.10 to me). This 150' pitch would be a classic if it were a bit cleaner.

Actually I probably shouldn't have posted the answer given that being there and taking the photo is an unfair advantage...but this is the first time I have actually recognized one of the routes on this topic!

Looks like the upper pitches of The Golden Arch, but what do I know? I am an idiot.

No. But the area is very much like Phantom Spires.

All my pics are in Wahsington. Just getting psyched for the rock season.

All are in areas appearing in published guides.

I believe that is one of the towers on top of SCW, in the vicinity od "Chicken on a Leash", but I could be a dumbshit about this.
