chucK Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 Will's got it! Gum works well. If you can, get the kind with xylitol (sorta hard to find, "Koolers" has main ingredient xylitol). Xylitol is currently considered some wonder ingredient by many in the dental community. Quote

marylou Posted March 9, 2006 Posted March 9, 2006 Sugar-free chewing gum. Seriously. Like Trident or something. Gives you the sensory stimulation without the cals. Seems like alot of people eat for entertainment/sensory stimulation rather than because they are actually feeling hunger pangs. That's an excellent point. Sometimes I'll chew on celery for the same sensory stimulation when I'm not especially hungry but find myself wandering into the kitchen. Quote
fandango Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 make sure you have a bidet first. They go well with beer. Quote

Of course, for all you toothless meth addicts, this might not be the best solution. I can gum down a steak as fast as you can chew it with those fancy teeth, Pal. Quote
