Distel32 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 actually I ended up working for WCS for 3 months and their program director is a nice woman Hopefully I'll be working for them full time in 2 years Quote
JayB Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 The "proficiency in English and Mongolian" and the "five years experience working in field conservation in Mongolia" should narrow the field to about two candidates. You own it Luke. Quote
knotzen Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Distel, what are you doing in Mongolia anyway? Studying? Working? Escaping? Quote
Distel32 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 food, haha. Mongolian food is ok, most people hate it, but younger people usually don't mind the steady diet of meat, carrots and potatos. I am both working and studying. I go to the National University of Mongolia and have multiple jobs, including but not limited to: college english teacher, movie narrator, translaor and editor, and also my work in the field. Going to the gobi in 10 days to trap and collar Pallas' cat, going to be cold.... Quote
