I continued my ascent to Muir, wielding my ice tools as best I could muster, after the whipper I had taken at the hands of that Xtreme maniac. Finally, I topped out at the hut, and, in winds that I estimate were at least 70mph, I pried the door open. Crawling inside on hands and knees, my eyes slowly became accustomed to the darkness, where I was able to make out... Quote

Dru Posted June 23, 2004 Posted June 23, 2004 i drank some 2% milk the other day what was this thread about again? the 5% nation? you are all so suck especially trask lurking under his disguised IP and new avatar   BRING BACK MISS NORMANDY w00t The Nodddder? Oh my god! Quote
thelawgoddess Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 My question is (after much rambling)... Do you find yourself motivated to be better at the things you do than almost everyone around you? It may not be just to be better than they are, maybe we are just motivated that much more in general. to what extent depends on the activity and the people, but for the most part - yes. not that i am, but i often strive to be. cool question, by the way. Dru Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 Time to bump this thread again. Whatever happened to 2% chestbeater and suimmitpose.com? Quote
JayB Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 The material on Summitpost where the 2 percenter recounted his bad-ass heli-rescue was priceless. Hopefully there's a way to resurrect it. Quote

Off_White Posted January 29, 2005 Posted January 29, 2005 That's priceless, how did I miss the summitpost bit the first time around? I think the 2% guy is one of the better trollers I've seen, this is in the same league as the Sweet Granite In Renton bit. Quote
