willstrickland
Cops on duty, drinking during lunch..nice! After eating french fries, fried clams, a double bacon cheesburger, and a fried apple pie...that low carb beer, it helps keep the weight down. My ex had a party at her house and invited all her ultimate frisbee buddies and work friends. She was supplying the keg and took a poll...these stupid fuckers all wanted Michelob Ultra - the low cal pisswater bullshit. Seriously 9 out of 10 said "Mick Ultra" before she even named choices. I skipped that lameness.
sk
BAD BEER??? isn't that like an oxymoron or something??
rhino
anything made by the big barley pop companies is bad beer...i'd rather not drink anything than drink barley pop
SmokeShow
All this shit is lame. Ultra frisbee players worried about carbs? What the fuck. Ultra frisbee is queer anyway. They run enough... can't they consider that carbo loading? Drinking has nothing to do with health conscience. We drink because we like the way it makes us feel. If your concerned about carbs, calories, sugar or any other bullshit, you shouldn't be drinking... as I say all this with beer in hand. Cheers y'all. And fuck you sissy low carb drinkers, you're not even drinkers.
ashw_justin
Well sheet if you're gonna drink light then drink cheap and drink proud. Take a hint from an experienced rugby drinkup-er. PBR, the unparalleled cheapest keg (at least in PDX, $60). Bring the props, make it a four-pack. Ultimate... psshhhh.
glacierdog
BAD BEER??? isn't that like an oxymoron or something?? Nope. MGD. Budweiser. Terrible, terrible stuff.
chelle
Don't you get tired to the morning after effects of PRB? All that running to the toilet? My favorite beer right now is Newcastle. I was getting bored with all the hoppyness in the local microbrews. With this cold spell I'm thinking it's time to start drinking porters again for a few months. sk
sure I like good beer better, but comeon beer is beer it isn't bad, it didn't do evil to you, it just isn't quite as GOOD as the other beer
rhino
i just don't consider bud/coors/pbr etc beer... its all barley pop to me
chelle
PBR does very bad things to me. Everytime I drink it I end up running to the bathroom the next day for several hours. Very nasty after effect IMO.
Winter
All I can say is that Iron City might be the BEST beer of ALL TIME hands down no questions asked. Edited January 4, 2004 by Winter

ken4ord
IMO there is no such thing as a bad beer as long as there is no selection. Once you have a Gunniess, Nukie Brown, Rouge Dead Guy, or other quality beer next to some piss water then you have a bad beer. Even those Mic Ultra's are good in certain situations, like if you are diabetic.
Fejas
Beer is beer... Some is just better than others, its all a matter of perception. Is it not? If ya put it in my hand and its cold and i'm in your house, i'm gonna drink it! And I'm drinkin as many as ya offer to me...
