So I agree the result is the only the top half of your curve. Since t is never negative (according to rob's given values for t), you cannot have negative values of y.

I can't sketch it online (not that much of a ), but it is an asymptotic curve, increasing faster in the x-direction than in the y-direction by the square of t, with concavity down. No negative y values...
