Strange, but I have had this recurring dream for many years, even before I "graduated" college. It's commencement day, and I learn in the line to get your diploma that I didn't fulfill all my course requirements, so I didn't really graduate. I go up the steps anyway, and they tell me I didn't graduate, so I have to walk off the platform empty-handed. Bummer. May have something to do with the fact that I really didn't go to my commencement exercise.

Not entirely true. Guys can be just as stupid. Why just today, on the drive in to work this morning, marked the 3rd time in as many months that I was almost hit by a MALE driver scoffing at local traffic control and channelization. All three instances involved the male talking on a cell phone while attempting to drive. The first two were running stop sign/red light. Today, this mofo turned the wrong way on a one-way street, with me in the lane heading toward him. Narrowly avoided head-on collision, blew the horn at him to wake him up (no finger), then this fuckstick turns around in the street behind me and comes up next to me with this attitude like I was the one fucking up! Yeeesh! HANG TFU AND DRIVE, FOR CHRISSAKES!

The dump was experienced on a different rap, but the same trip. That would have been hideous, tho, if things had gone as you imagine. The mental image is most disturbing... and unsavory!

Sounds like it's a bit lower down than the one we ripped out. It was below all the5th class stuff, but there were still 1 or 2 rappels left to hit the base of the 4th class stuff. It was about 10 year ago, too. At one point on that same trip, I had to take a dump so bad. It hit me in mid-rappel and I just couldn't hold it any longer. I locked off, dropped the leg loops, and opened the bomb bay doors. I had the presence of mind to bring the rope up off the deck before the bomb dropped. Waiting for my pardner and then pulling the rope after that rap was the shitz, tho.
