  20. mike, don't look at your kill like that. think that you are allowing the deer's spirit to be released from its earthly bounds and have allowed to it run to the great forrest in the sky, all the while you get to eat it's dead carcass..... then again it seems you were driving your car and what not, so maybe the earth mother goddess will frown upon your actions as a consumer and you may just pay the wrath of the earth mother goddess at any given time....aren't you lookin for a partner right now???? 21. truthfully trask, for all but the most harsh weather you do not need the overpriced/overphyed gore-tex (yes i do have some).... i say go with a lighter fabbric. seems to me you would want the most for general hiking and what not. so the heavier fabric will just weigh more and cost more. some options if i wear you to consider would be: cloudveil (good small company, all their gear is made in USA) cloudveil or look into the marmot precip pants. for the price of these things you could buy a pair or two and have them forever. plus thery are very mite wieght....this is what i use for the summer with a l.w. scholler pant. mine have some duct tape on them....i dont complain though... i know that there are some other light weight pants to consider. and maybe even skippin ght full side zips for summer pants....less gear woeght equals another flask....
  22. should i bring the golden chillum????
