i've always found going to a bar (or anywhere) with the intention of getting laid always to be a miserable experience, not worth the price of admission so to speak. I only do things b/c I enjoy them

Now i'm perfectly able to get dates myself and have been doing so... but the problem is the last few have been SO uninspiring, that i am almost convinced that portland girls are seriously BLAH - no chemistry. one was a total coke-head, that was interesting for sure. feel free to flame away, i obviously don't care. but if you can hook a brotha up and to help rekindle that magic feeling, please do so!
