Me neither, but there's plenty of good water to be had that flows out of spigots in the park.

I almost never do anything to water. Normally I make a judgement call on how much human activity goes on where the water I'm planning on drinking comes from. I have yet to find anywhere in the Cascades where I could not get water that I'm willing to drink. Maybe I'm lucky or immune to nasty stuff. My system's worked so far...

I don't think too much of folks who appoint themselves experts. Nowadays thought there's a lot of demand for content because of the internet and all. It's only natural that there are lots of new opportunities for folks like Marylou and Beck.

I'm with you jdog. Ski areas have there place, and it ain't a bad place. I learned to ski at ski areas. I don't think I would have anywhere near the skill I presently have without the ability to ski tons of vertical without hiking. Even now I like ski areas because they allow me to get myself back into good skiing form every winter. Plus there are some fun slopes at ski areas. Also there are a number of ski areas that have excellent lift served bc skiing. BC skiing is better, but ski areas are pretty damn good.

There's sport climbing, alpine climbing, burninating and beer drinking, but maybe you don't think those are fun. I think it's safe to say that The Ski In will be on the weekend of May 1st to 2nd.

I'm not sure how this relates to this discussion but I note from the chart PP provided that after tax income for the lowest quintile increased about 9% while after tax income for the highest quintile increased by 55% over the period in the study. It sure looks like the rich are doing quite well compared to others.

I like Kung Pow Chicken myself. Fried rice is good, but I only order it after I've already ordered something else.
