  4. Back in black, I hit the sack, I've been too long, I'm glad to be back Yes I'm let loose from the noose, That's kept me hangin' about I been livin like a star 'cause it's gettin' me high, Forget the hearse, 'cause I never die I got nine lives, cat's eyes abusing every one of them and running wild

  7. baby's got it?
  8. or there's absolutely no hope Truly a boy with first hand knowledge of current World events. Sure like your cheery disposition and general outlook on life! I posed a question. You understand questions private dipshit? doesn't look like a question to me, dickwad
  9. FWIW nautilus is even worse for my shoulder for both bench and incline. Incline is worse than flat bench with free weights. Dumbell presses seem to cause me much less problems and I think it's because you are able to twist your arm and get in a better (less-constrained) position for the exercise.
  10. I've fucked up my shoulder too. I had to cut back on weight for some exercises and cut others out completely. Welcome to the old farts club.
  11. Sorry about that... after topping out the route, I had to take a piss, and accidentally stood too close to the edge.
  12. another fabrication!
  13. Now those other concerns are important. Before the invasion of Iraq...they had to come up with the nuclear threat concern. So tell me, do you believe in the philosophy of preemptive military action to stop these potential concerns? I would support bombing Iranian nuclear power plants before they go live. I'm not too keen on Iraq-style land invasions.
  14. My G. Grandfather had exactly the same perspective on WW1. I wish I'd saved the order he wrote as medical officer, in triplicate, that troops were no longer to defecate when standing on the latrine. Paths of Glory
  15. If you could see it with your own eyes you would understand. Everything being done there is to stimulate autonomy. 1) Building the Army 2) Building the police force 3) Fixing dilapidated power, sewer, water and housing issues 4) Creating a constitution that all sects can live with. ensuring these things are done ensures that we will not have to go back. Edit: Oh yeah and catch Iranian soldiers trying to mess it all up I have a friend (Marine) who HAS been there, and HAS seen it with his own eyes, and he thinks it's all bullshit. I'm just pointing out that not everybody who has seen it with their own eyes believes in the mission. My grandfather served in the Pacific from '41 to '45. He considered the war to be all bullshit and a waste of 4 years of his life. While being shipped home after the war, he threw his uniform overboard. Just saying...
  16. Actually he promised to be out in 4. Pay attention to the news in between bong hits.
  17. and more time and more money with no end in sight.
  18. It's been over 4 years, and the feeling over here is we've made woefully little progress on all 4 fronts.
  19. or that what we're (attempting) doing is worth the cost
  20. Ironically? This is just more par for the course in the world of international politics, intervention, and war. WWI led to Versailles, which led to economic collapse of Germany, the rise of nazism and a new World War which led to Yalta which led to partitioning of Europe, and Iron Curtain, the Cold War, Korea, Vietnam, etc. It's the same fucking story over and over again.
  21. Figured as much What are the alternatives..? Clearly oil is major concern. Islamic extremism, terrorism, and the nuclear threat from Iran are major concerns as well. It's not just oil.
  22. Hold on there sobo. Jon is telling people that if their work might be offended by the pic's then they can turn them off for their own account preferences. YOU will still be able to enjoy Couloir's suggestive avatars as long as you wish.
  23. is that a good thing for Americans ? We've tried it both ways several times (isolationism versus meddling abroad). Seems to me we're damned if we do and damned if we don't, and it's always going to be a mixed bag, with lots of arm-chair quarterbacking, and supposedly 20/20 hindsight. Personally I lean much more towards isolationism.
  24. This is more true than you will ever know, or admit. You are welcome. Well, we are eachother's #1 trading partners, or at least were. Who knows with the growing dependence on China.
  25. I figured that's all you could muster, you little worm.
