Went to SLC a month ago and my checked ski bag was search going to and from SLC. They left a note in the back letting me know they looked in it.

NO that is all right. I am going to get new boots instead and go from there. My current boots are on the downhill of thier life span.

Forget about seeing some one ski out of bounds. If they head out then they have to call for help if they get into trouble, even if ski patrol sees them leave the resort. This bill will maybe stop 1% of those who leave the ski area. People that do this will not care about the law.

have a pair of the byondclothing and I love it. I also have a 35/36 inseam. I am going to try and get the extra 4 inches put on some soft shells when I get the $$ for the pants. Want a pair of soft shell pants for climbing rock in the cold and don't really want to use the beyondclothing for the rock.

Not a bad idea. Makes those long slogs to the BC easier for those of us with out sleds.

We are only interested and have only been interest in the very short term gain in what feels or looks good right now.\ Hence the passage of the Bush tax cuts in the past and most likely present. $$ could have been used to pay down the debt back then or to actually pay for a war.
