i'd have to disagree. you're confusing spray with the rest of the site. some people come here for spray, thats for sure. but you don't have to read spray, and most of our users don't. they come here for information about climbing. hence the name of the website: cascadeclimbers.com sure you can claim that spray bleeds over into the other forums, which is true to some extent...but as far as the over the top negativity, its not supposed to be happening in the other forums.

unfortunately the "good taste police" are rather expensive. i don't think "being a dick in spray" is recent development...look back in the archives. sure the characters have changed, and as personalities come and go the site changes with that. but some how enforcing good tastes or civility sounds like a baby sitting. the moderators already have enough on their hands with the non-spray forums.
