If you just want something to focus on for training so you're in shape then work on your cardio. Having your ticker in condition will make your trip more enjoyable. If you can run 4-5 miles at a faster pace, you're set. Given your age and that you're aren't fat...you'll do fine. Have fun!

One time traveling for business in Minnesota i woke up to the my hotel room closing, and I'm standing on the outside in my skivvies. I lunged at the door, but "click", its locked. Luckily it was 3am, so no one was up. I was able to sneak down a couple flights of stairs to the lobby and yell at the front desk to throw me another set of keys for my room.
