Mt. Rainier closed M-F through winter

That is some really interesting theories you have there. But lucky for you, you don't have to worry about it anymore since you've moved or are in the process. Count your blessings for that and wash your hands of it all. Find some happiness. Congrats on moving on from all this madness! -
But! If using Gmail and you don't get it....it is likely in your spam folder! It was in my test gmail account, so I think it gets there almost by default....

One of the things on my list to fix was why registration hasn't been working for some people. I moved a huge boulder today with a little help from a friend! Basically, unknown to me, Google made changes to their mail system to that people (ready servers) sending emails to their users (if you have a *.gmail.com address) then we had to set up an additional security layer that wasn't needed before. So we determined that and got it put in place (took like 4 hours after our change to actually work) and now we can confirm gmail users again! Big step! if you are having registration issues please use this to send me a message and we'll get it sorted. I've got that troubleshooting part down now so things will go quicker.

The rich people are at the ski resorts like Whistler, etc. where lift prices have priced out the average person. Do you think some URBAN ELITE wants to earn their turns? -
He's at Muir Hut, perfuming the unwashed masses with the glorious dank.

With the new forum software I did some testing today and I found that the new software (or is it Apple doing it on export?), when I post an image from my iPhone (which I know is HEIC format), it posts as a jpg automatically so the Forum software renders it. If I share the same HEIC image to my computer and upload it from there as a HEIC, it is not converted and won't render. Since I never had this issue I can't even remember how it was! But if you're just using your iPhone to post a TR, then it will work seamlessly. If you copy your iPhone pics to your computer and they are in HEIC format, you'll need to convert them first (to JPG is what I recommend), otherwise they wont render. I'll post examples here of the same photo so you see what I mean. IMG_2293 (1).HEIC

OK....so post up your favorite pub so we can determine the list to be used in poll to determine the January Pubclub location.

I just noticed that the menu was missing for mobile users....figured out what was wrong, and fixed it. So now you have a "hamburger stack" in the upper right when on mobile with all the menu stuff. REJOICE! REJOICE!

I had a feature added to the TR tool, so when you post a TR you can add other CascadeClimber forum members to you "team". To do so, there is a "Team" field and you type in their name. They are then found, and you need to click on the found name to add it to your TR. Its pretty simple, only thing is, I didn't realize you need to click on the name to select it and the change to the button that selects the users is slight. I'm seeing if I can modify that.

Great to see you all and if you didn’t make it you were missed! Thank you to @Alissefor buying me beer. Thank you to all who shared your ideas about this site, keep it coming. Thank you for coming out. I’m looking forward to the next one, time to get off the couch, share a brew, plan and adventure, and trade lies.

Oh...and I guess we need to do something to make it clear if you don't know people how to identify a CascadeClimber. Maybe I'll wear a helmet (it may be a bike helmet, not the usual climbing helmet). Or actually...just ask the bar tender. I'll tell them. The place isn't big anyway. Should be evident...just shout out "WTF IS OLYCLIMBER".

Tonight! In a couple hours. Come on out. But if you can't, there will be another one. Looking forward to seeing you all.
