how is it you got paid do to this? what is it that you do to earn money? (I would say for a living, but it sounds like you live for climbing...)

I would have thought that bulky liners would make for a tighter fit, not more loose...

definately gonna seem weak in comparison to others, but what the hell 1) 2.5 days climbing and 1 day hiking on a 4 day spur-of-the-moment road trip to Yosemite 2) West Ridge of Forbidden 3) Timberline Trail in 14.5 hours summer's not over yet though! I still may have a trick up my sleeve!

3a. (or maybe 10) lane violators... people who change lanes without signalling, people who don't pull into the correct lane when making a turn (turning right into the left lane or left into the right lane), etc.

7. waiting at a four way stop until the approaching car comes to a complete stop. 8. pulling up to a light in such a fashion as to block the entire lane instead of staying far enough left to allow someone to squeeze through on the right and make a right on red. 9. people who make a right turn on red in front of you when you're stopped at the green because there's no room on the other side of the intersection. I don't see it often, but when I do....

you can make plasma by lighting a match, blowing it out, then putting it in the microwave. After a few seconds (sometimes as much as 30-60), balls of plasma form and start bouncing up on the ceiling of the microwave. Edit: Oh yeah, you have to actually turn the microwave on once the blown-out matches are in it. It's also a good idea to put the matches on something that you don't really care about (old glass plate, etc.)

We were really wishing we had one. The free soloing was right about at my limit of being too sketched out. Rappelling down would have made life SO much nicer. And wandering through the crevasses was certainly interesting too! (We were following footprints which we knew were only about an hour old, otherwise we prolly would have bagged it on the glacier.)
