Then check out the Lifelink website; they have a dynafit mountaineering boot now. You could have the lightest rig out there, especially if you put a intuition liner in it... Since it looks like the same shell as their ski boot, I bet you could put a buckle on it to improve the ski performance a little.

Then we got BD BTW I like their nut tool, but it isn't the best, Ushba is. I would say that BD isn't always the best choice, but it is mostly very good. At least after it has been out for few years.

Buy 0 lift tickets, hike the Ho Ch Minh, and ski for a week if you want. Try and recycle a 7-11 ticket, sometimes they work more than once. Make sure you look like you skiied a run or two, and go to Customer Service and tell 'em yer ticket ripped off in the trees. It worked for a friend, although his ticket really did get ripped off. Really. Buy overpriced lunch at the top too reduce any feelings of guilt you may have. I've only heard of others doing these things, of course, so don't know if they really work.

Yeah, maybe they could work on relaxing some of the rules at the "women's only" gyms! Is that a step backward or what.

They (not sure which ones, Jia maybe...)also skiied some sick line on Serratus (N Face maybe??) a couple of winters ago that involved a mandatory air in the middle onto a small patch of snow. They had planned to rap it but couldn't find an anchor when they got there.

I just think it's lame to report (read boast) about something that you didn't even manage to finish. Imean really, what is the story there. It's like getiing caught for having a toke in your pocket, and then the cops say, "We aren't going to bust you this time because the judge won't even do anything about it." Greg W.: And there is the crux of this arguement. Some believe as you do in the idea of you only get something if yu are able to get it for yurself, and others believe in helping the neighbour. It seems that both sides are so deeply entrenched in their beliefs that there will never be a resolution. Really what I value is that there can be both sides, and that we can both get on with our own lives in the way we want to. When government starts to impinge on that, well . I like universal health care. It is nice to know that if for some reason I lose my job and hurt myself out on some climbing trip, that I am not going to go broke paying for it. I make the choice that the taxws are worth it. I don't like taxes in general, althoughg I certainly enjoy the benefits from them. There are many cases where it has been shown that the government can do a more effecient job of administering services. The water boards in the UK are a good example.
