God no! I wouldn't want to moderate this forum! I think you are a lummox... I can spray too, even if I got the "m-tag."

Oh look another of lummox's very insightful arguments. Haven't made it through first year English yet, eh?
  3. [deleted in deferance to jordop's much more relevant advice ] If they pack out you could get Intuition liners if you got the cash. They will be lighter and warmer, and they won't pack out too much. I think you can get a deal at the factory on them, it's in Vancouver somewhere.
  4. Yeah! I would have been 100 X if I'd driven 35 mins. This way I can come home and spray away! Oh well, any day that I put skis on is a good day. Yesterday was OK, but the chair broke at lunch time
  5. So I drag my ass out of bed this morning. Figure I might as well get one first chair this season. Report says 20cm!!! Woo Hoo! Stand in the rain for 1/2 hour listening to the boom-boom. God I love that sound. FInally we get the nod. Get to the top, sure enough, 20cm - of total snot. Arghhh! Spring. Can't win em all.
  6. I predict someone will soon post "You want me to read that whole thing?:
  7. Find Luc in Squamish and bribe him.
  8. yeah it is a newfie joke originally.
  9. heel/heal Dunno about the Oregonian part though
  10. Nope, wrong. Any way, why would it matter where I worked? We sold both headlamps, and the PT ones had a higher rate of return. Pretty simple I think. If they can't stand up top abuse, then there is something wrong with them isn't there! I guess I got the one good switch that Petzl made I can't say that I have used the Aurora, coz I haven't. When something seems that bad in the store, why would I want to take it out, when I already have something that works fine???
  11. My forehead is angled therefore as I slide the light up it points further out... Of course I can't seem to get it to shine straight into my eyes like the Aurora does when the bolt loosens up...
  12. Talk about doing it the hard way! you could just go to 216.130.165.24 instead of going to rockclimbing.com! I like how he made sure to get the ads in there too!

    Snafflehounds?

Fred's invention I think. Ported to cc by dru and ray. They are real, they are everywhere!
  14. I think he's experiencing performance anxiety - the closer he gets, the slower the rate of posting... Or maybe he is just savouring the moment!
  15. I'm quoting that for prosoerity before you edit it.
  16. You did too! My bad, go for it.
  17. Why is my personal experience on the warranty returns not good enough. It's kind of like a sample of many peoples experience really. We got lots bad that were simply "dead," the Tikkas that we got back were usually semi functional at least. And the numbers were overwhelmingly in favour of the Tikka. When I wrote that the Tikka was at least 10-15 $CDN cheaper. My Tikka aims fine. I just slide it up and down my head. I agree with you about the Zipka. Some people seem to like it though. There have been some really bad Tikka switches, I'll agree with that. But the good ones rock.
  18. Dude, why didn't you make this reply over in the Gear Critic???
  19. It's already been done.
  20. Bzzzt! Wrong!
  21. They might be "all the same" but I still have my favourites... DMM Wallnuts. And as a second set when neccesary, Metoulius Curve Nuts. Really I think whatever you use a lot becomes "the best." Oh yeah - mostly Squamish Granite.
  22. I've started to put some of my favourite links up in the Freshiez section. Check it out here. I'll add more as I feel like it.
