Your best option IMHO, would be to skip Muir and wait out the weather on Ingraham Flats. The flats are about an hour farther from Muir and you should have plenty of sunlight to get around Cathedral Gap even if you start late in the day. Good luck
The tracks we saw going up to the ledges from Muir on Sunday must have been yours. It was pretty deep even with skiis on. Oh well, it was probably a good work out.
I showed up late (10:30pm) and didn't stay long. I wish I had seen Jim's slideshow and Sky's too. Oh well, the powder from Muir to Paradise was just too sweet to miss out on.
Riiight. Between the choke hold and the inappropriate swimsuit-area touching, what's not to find cute 'n' cuddly?
Yeah, on second thought that cat looks pretty pissed.
I actually bought a lift ticket once this year. I was so embarassed I didn't even take the backing off and put it on a wire to hang from my jacket. After the trip I immediately threw it away and mentioned none of the affair to anyone I ski with. I'm only posting this as part of my 12 step recovery plan...admitting it is the first step.
I agree with him actually. I mean if you don't know where Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran are you'll never be able to get that shipment of all the guns and weapons over to them. Read a fucking map people.
