I was trying to suggest that Dave had mistakenly posted the link in the wrong thread because he was actually trying to express his desire for his next career. Maybe it didn't come across right or... maybe you just want to see me strut my stuff.

I might be up for some of that bouldering stuff...after a few nice crack climbs of course. Maybe we could work a little deal. I'll take you up a few trad climbs if you catch my fat ass as I peal off some Squamish boulder. Funny story...last year I went to Squamish with a friend of mine who is much more a sport/gym climber than a traddie. We climbed the snake route up the Apron and he was feeling way insecure and sketchin out on the slabby stuff. He kept grabbing for chalk and trying to pinch/crimp holds. He followed me well enough, but wouldn't lead. After we got down we decided to do a little bit of bouldering. That's where he schooled me. Different types of climbin'... And post 100 fools

I think you can count on a few dirtbag climbers to be there, myself included. And yes, there will be JD to sample out in the car.

There will definitely be some consumed at the Howe Sound Brew Pub over the weekend. Squamish will be fun, and you'll even be able to join us at the bar! We'll celebrate. Not sure if Fence and TLG will be there (you guys coming or have you changed you plans?), but I'll pick up Jack at the border crossing. It'll be a Squamish Pub Club weekend. It would be fun to see some of the Canadian couterparts again. Fern, Dru, Snoboy, any others? And Happy Canada Day...to those that care.

Thursday is the BBQ, but I'm game for Index on Wednesday. So's TLG.... If'n you're talking about after work, because currently I am still employed and can't take the day off.

I recently picked up a Canon Powershot A70 and really like it. It is 3.2 MP, 3x optical zoom, has a number of features and takes really nice pictures. It is pretty small and uses 4 AA batteries. The A60 is the same camera, but in a 2 MP variety for about 100 bones less.

That's gotta be my favorite pie, that and straight rhubarb pie. I had a recipe once for rhubarb pie from Betty Crocker, and once when I had some fresh rhubarb from my Aunt's garden I got adventurous and baked a pie. The ingredients were pretty simple: rhubarb, flour, and sugar. And it was AWESOME! Those mixed berry pies are damn good too! Lucky bastard
