I think its lame someone took your draws....but its not stealing if you left your gear at the wall on purpose. it is stealing and if i caught you with my stuff, i'd kick your ass...end of story...

I know someone who had their entire rack stolen by a person who shared your viewpoint when they left it at the base of an El Cap route and went back to the car to get a 2nd load.
