  1. A good (*)(*) size is relative to the proportions of the woman. Debate-discuss.
  2. I dont know about the one comment above. Stubai Tirols with the universal binding are just as good... Dale must be sponsored by BD.
  3. Yeah now that you are here.
  4. Suck my straw so hard you're tastin' the butt gravy from the backside of my boxers.
  5. I pee in yur butt.
  6. My dog is ready to meet the kitty.
  7. I climbed yesterday. Yo mama.
  8. A small alpine rack to me means- 3-5 stoppers 2-3 tri-cams (red and pink included Optional would be one of the blues) orange, yellow, green metolius cams If the route is not often climbed or rarely and it's longer than 800 feet and 5.8 I might bring a piton or 3. 2 kbs and one la or baby angle.
  9. I use clove hitches, figger eights, bowlines and stuff all the time to tie in. I never make a technical decision about which based on any logic other than what I feel I want to use at a given time. I believe all these knots are fine and that I am more suspect of an anchor failure than a knot breakage most of the time. 5 Reasons to tie in for me: You can fall off if you get lazy. The leader can fall and stress an anchor. Because an anchor exists. To rappell. To solo rope climb.
  10. There is a marker and a sign and I would consider it a bonafide trail instead of a climber's path... Also keen person (or one that can read) will notice that a sibley creek trail approach is an alternative.
  11. I heard about this through an email yesterday. My friend was nearby but did not have any details other than the anchor for the belay was behind a flake. This was probably mentioned earlier. Bummer. I sincerely speak for myself and send my regrets to anyone witnessing or family memebers behind the accident. I dont need or require an arrogant stance to hide behind. I have nearly made errors that could have costed me my life a time or two. May their souls rest peacefully. Accidents are what they are- accidents.

I guess you have a belief or point that directs you to the American Way? If you dont respect the man's work and dedication then speak up because the statement I read is pretty vague as usual. Yes you have a right to say and vote on what is going on there I agree. But the comments around here sometimes stink and reek with dirt since I know how things happen in situations like this. This brings in the armchair quarterback situation. Whether or not you agree or disagree people's\soldier's lives are at stake- I dont need a TV to view it since I have not had one for 4 months.. Is up to you. The supposed "war" is far from over if you can read. It's shitty some would say that a person without service is ready to ridicule the actions of servicemembers without first hand knowledge. It's so easy to make an argument when you dont have orders in your face- It's also shitty when you think that you actually know what is going wrong in another country when you are fed half truths. Maybe one day you will see.
  13. Looks pretty fucked.

Mike said- I read Matt Perkins post about Baghdad Jim. Tell all armchair losers back there to either come over here, get in the game or go back to what they do best. Pounding their bird chests on the internet. Quote for me exactly will ya? And you can post that pic of me, ___ and ______ sitting on the Euphrates if you want. Tell them we are driving around Iraq all by ourselves and I bet they would be shaking their fucking socks....asshole know it all climbers....

Kill the assholes in Iraq- NO MERCY! Fuck the press. Any argument about the press is full of shit most of the time and one sided. There is liberal and right wing press. BORING
  16. Attached is my skepticism about the not thought out comment concerning the north couloir. Yes I read your report about rock..... I am sure the masses will be lining up to climb the jumble pile of rock variation this weekend. It's in the classic form. Mark Twight would be impressed but I am laughing.
  17. Yeah a good read. I just suspect it is "different this year" If you think it goes normal-like or even CLOSE to it -I would be surprised.
  18. Sounds ok but who can really do this?
  19. Yes - regular practice for me. I am guilty but so are you
  20. iceperson, I did not forget you man I am sure your wife IS the best partner for you this year. She is a nice lady and it was fun to climb with you both
  21. I'll give it a try: tarn- a small body of water that forms a pond or small lake normally in a cirque and often below or at a glacier sublimation zone; annually or regularly (sometimes seemingly permanent to a human's experience); often referred to as an analogy of this sort usually above or near timberline.
