this morning ... i'm recovering from hanging out with paco, e-rock, ehmmic, and figger eight last night.
tonight ... a little break dancing.
tomorrow ... climbing is on the menu.
i had a friend get airlifted out of the terrain park at stevens after landing on his head. i bought a helmet after that. i like my helmet. it's comfy and keeps my head warm. mmm.
Didn't you used to be the other way at one time, though? If so, why the change? (just looking for insight).
yeah, i guess so ... and it's probably because i didn't trust the gear. now i know better. i *can* trust the gear, and more importantly, i can trust my placements.
yeah, a softshell that is two sizes too small? oh hey; why don't i just forget the shells altogether.
btw, the website doesn't say if we need our own gear to compete or if we can just use the demo stuff. (i'm assuming the latter.) sounds like fun!
well, i wanted to come but nobody called me. so i drove out to crater lake and woke up on the rim at sunrise. BEAUTIFUL. probably the most moving thing i've ever seen in oregon. but i'm already past there and over it now.
lol. actually it was more like squamish, salt lake city, lover's leap, yosemite, lover's leap, yosemite, and joshua tree ... but as soon as i move my beloved stuff to telluride the creek is full on!
whoa; that's me! i did the clinic with sean last year and highly recommend it. i don't know if i'll be around for the comp as i've got a lot of shit to do before i head out to telluride ... but if i'm still in town i'll try to make it.
