Oh, I forgot that the pub club was at phinney ridge last week, I was in Issaquah with an informal bunch of climbers... Sorry for the confusion.

I'm not sure as to the brand name, but I got it at REI millions of years ago, and it is actually more of a clampy thing. I'll check tonight if it has a name though. sean

I thought "THE" pub club was being held downtown, and "ALISON'S" pub club is in greenlake. I'm going Downtown, and then to the Alki later to get a burger!!!

I use a small camera mount that actually screws throught the carabiner eyelet on top of my axe. It has a nifty little ball socket that wllows me to postion my camera. works great in snow and I can also prop it up against stuff. Otherwite I carry a cheapo light weight small tripod, I figure if I break it, I can afford a new one. As far as weight goes put a few rocks into a coat or something and suspend it from the center to cut vibration...

I agree with the preservative intake, and would take that point further...Lubrication. Muscles need lubrication to move efficiently, therefore a diet rich in preservatives and Greasy foods is ideal. For example, if a person eats 2 sausage egg mcmuffins, and several hashbrown cakes, all greasy, and then complements this meal with the two for one apple (or cherry pies) all the requirements are met, for breakfast anyway. If this is carried through the day (I use McDonalds as an example only) a person could theoretically live forever. sean
