Sounds like just a tweak. should dissipate in a few days. ounce of prevention=pound of cure All the pulling down of climbing can pull the arm down in the socket. I've found that lifting weights to work muscles all around the joint really helps prevent problems. Military press, forward and reverse fly, standing fly, etc..

Santee approach time=30seconds. Every other bouldering spot in the county will be much longer except for Mt. Woodson. Woodson is also sweet, but better for a full afternoon, or day. Plus, it's really an area of short routes rather than boulder problems. That is, they're high.

The lady takes the prize! It is indeed Mia. what'd I win? a mongo bra?

Winter ain't over. A little shift in the jetstream could chill out the west coast fast.

The town of Santee has some excellent boulders. It's right across the street from the new high school were some kid freaked and capped some classmates. The edges will peel your tips. And some highballs there are damn high. I used to go there often when I lived in SD. But then I only lived a few miles from the rock.

The Gore-Tex won't break down, but you might screw the waterproof coating on the nylon. Nylon is hydrophilic, and once the coating gets washed away (or funked up with body oils, dirt, etc.), you get wet. I don't think you need to use soap any more special than liquid detergent (though I've used powdered). Then throw your stuff in the dryer, and monitor is closely. The heat sorta reactivates the waterproof coating. Even a quick ironing can help.

Jim, I reject semantics, and say you're full of shit.

Jim, I read your earlier comments as saying that Powell was lieing through his teeth. Now you're squirming another direction. I think Powell is the best Cabinet member we've had in a long time, and I'm glad that he still serves his country.

You shouldn't paint others with your own lack of morality.

Is that why pornstars shave their nutsack?
-
you're off-base. way. why would Powell lie and jepardize any future political career? dude is straight up, IMO

It's so easy to see what this thread will lead to.

In a utopian society, we would have no crack whores, broken families or poverty. But we don't and as such, there are people who go hungry. It's a damn crying shame, but even if we do drop everything else we're doing to ensure that everyone gets bread, there are still going to be problems. We can't just ignore one thing to focus on the other. What we have is a dam with a million holes in it. Every hole requires attention, or the dam breaks. But you know what? I'm glad you're concerned for the kids. Good on you. Just try to come up with a solution that doesn't involve gutting a different program. dog, there's a history at NASA of being something other than a spendthrift. I threw out the comparison to illustrate how relatively absurd it is to police state lunch programs when funds are wasted so extravagantly elsewhere.

Or like Nicolae Ceausescu. It's better if the Iraqis do it themselves.

Either the LA Times, NY Times, or Washington Post.

Each bottle of drinking water on space shuttle flights costs $500,000. That's not a misprint. Feed the hungry little buggers. Kids learn more when they eat regularly.

It was 3 outside this morning. Hoar feathers were flagged off the icicles hanging from the eaves. What a change from last week. View from the kitchen this morning (the lower part of the Wellsville mountains is darkened by fog. It's all snow covered):

You fucks who advocate more inspections haven't read 1441. Violations of reporting as outlined in paragraph 4 leads to paragraphs 11 and 12 which lead to paragraph 13 (which deals with the serious consequences. Tripling the number of inspectors --as the French representative suggested-- doesn't seem to fucking serious). Resolution 1441 was written under the authority of Chapter VII of the UN Charter, so Article 42 can be invoked. Powell didn't have to make a case for war. That was made during the framing of resolution 1441. He just made the case proving Iraqi violations of paragraph 4.

Good luck, dude. Looks like getting familiar with your gas mask is a good idea.

Read this, then tell me you feel the same way. If "Counter Any U.S. Military Buildup" doesn't equate to arms race, what do you think North Korea is referring to?
-
BTW, stupid commie "North Korea Vows to Counter Any U.S. Military Buildup". This means arms race. As if the DPRK could even get out of the starting blocks let alone win.

ANOTHER NEWS FLASH: Germany is broke. They can't provide shit for any war. Not even moral support. But then, what morals do those people have any longer?
