KaskadskyjKozak Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Who says he is a responsible gun owner? How did you determine that Rob? Quote
ivan Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 perhaps his point is a satiric one, the every gun owner might be considered responsible up until the moment they're not? Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 perhaps his point is a satiric one, the every gun owner might be considered responsible up until the moment they're not? Or not. Maybe he clearly never was a person that should own. Not much details about him in that link. Quote
genepires Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 so who gets to be the authority on who is allowed to own a gun or not? tea party and NRA would get real bent on this possibility. Quote
rob Posted March 12, 2013 Author Posted March 12, 2013 If we only had more guns in this country, this tragedy wouldn't have happened. Quote

ivan Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 does this theory work that same with power drills dunno, i've never been able to afford one - i'm more a "irresponsible non-owner" i suppose. Quote
matt_warfield Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 (edited) Pretorius? Just kidding. Sort of. Gun ownership is a big deal with major responsibility, but I will still say many serial killers like hands, knives, 9/11 box cutters that helped them kill thousands ,in addition to guns. Gary Ridgeway (Google it, include Spokane) is an example. Get off the gun issue and get on the people issue. Some people need to be avoided, some need help, and sometimes shit just happens. Weapons from hands and fists to feet to rocks to weapons of all kinds have been around for centuries. How about the honor killings in the Middle East? No weapons, just bloodshed. No guns. And of course 500,000 killed in Rwanda. No guns. Edited March 12, 2013 by matt_warfield Quote

Might as well give them cruise missiles, too. Derp! :kisss: Quote
genepires Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 I would rather be hit by a stick than shot at by a gun. Quote
