Joe_Poulton Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 (edited) Was it about equal driving time vs climbing time? The ice is good! Edited November 17, 2009 by Joe_Poulton Quote
AlpineMonkey Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Thats messed up John...Please don't ever post a picture of me like that again. Your priorities as a climbing partner should be to make me look burley. Quote

John Frieh Posted November 17, 2009 Author Posted November 17, 2009 Fell onto a 16 cm BD express with an older yates screamer (the blue thing). Was leading on a single 9.1mm (for you super :nurd:s). It was Craig's so I cant comment on how old it was but I managed to rip half of it in a 10ish foot fall. I think Craig is going to post a pic of it tonight. Quote

You ripped half the Screamer, not half the sheath/rope, right? Sounds invigorating. Quote
John Frieh Posted November 17, 2009 Author Posted November 17, 2009 Screamer was half ripped (activated). Rope was/is fine. Quote
