Heller, Jon, 32, has written two letters to TLC lawyers. In the letters -- dated Sept. 29 -- Gosselin demands the network cease and desist production and leave his property, according to The Insider. On Thursday morning, he even posted a sign outside his family's $1.1 million estate in Wernersville, Pa. It read: "Notice: no film crew or production staff from TLC is permitted on this property under penalty of trespass." ...Jon has joint custody of the kids and is able to make decisions about their welfare, his lawyer says. "Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show ... because if he didn't, the family would be in a mortal accident ... the victims of a trainwreck," his lawyer tells Entertainment Tonight. I will not believe he called his family a "trainwreck". Who would do that? Jon is a great father. Kate is such a bitch: complane, complane, complane! Finally someone is getting a grip on reality. Kate was a hateful witch to Jon. Who would be happy like that. Kate has continued to promote herself, using the kids for money for her own selfish needs. Im glad Jon is putting a hault to things. Maybe they can live a normal life and work like everyone else. Shame on Kate for making her kids be her support. How pathetic, sick and sad. Â Wow! Jon is doing everything he can to make sure Kate does'nt suceed. Of course, why would he want Kate to do better them him? Right now he is seen as a slumbag and Kate remains focus on her kids. I don't dbelive Kate is money hungry, she is doing want she wants to do while providing for her children. What mother does'nt want that. Best of luck to ya Kate! Quote

I just can't believe what Jon is doing to this family. WHAT A SKANK! I mean this was a great show at the beginning so wholesome and now Kate is all like its all about her. Ugh, and that new hair cut. WTF? What about these kids? I hope the show is paying them off good. Quote
