WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   11/10/22

Huge thank you to Bellingham based The American Alpine Institute for being our sole sponsor, taking care of our hosting costs,  which is our biggest cost.  @Jason_Martin  of AAI reached out to me, and really wanted to support the forums.  They have supported us in the past,  and now stepped up to support us again.  They will be our sole sponsor for 6 months.   Big time, and they are a local climbing related company to boot!

The only thing that would make life better right now would be to get rid of the last few bacterial colonists in my lungs. Other than that, I'm not sure I've ever had a better time of it.

Got an enjoyable job (though working way to much lately), great guy, suns out here in Leavenworth and as soon as it warms up from the 29 degrees on the thermometer I am heading out for a trail run and then climbing.

Oh, Bug I tried the steam bath with Eucalyptus and it helped but still congested.

Did you overheat? As in self induced fever? The body iduces a fever to cook the bugs out (present company excluded).

Revisit and push the stay in time. Repeat the next day. Keep medicating. Get fresh air but don't over exert.

Quick!

:moondance:

Go to the other thread where they're talking about sex

I guess they mean outside cause they can only do it in spring.

So sadly misinterpreted.
