bstach Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 Best heavy metal chick band. Brings back memories of seeing them in live. Thanks for posting that Kev. Quote
pc313 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 (edited) Wouldn't the best chick band be like the GO,GO's or the BANGLES? Edited December 21, 2008 by pc313 Quote
AlpineK Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Unfortunately I went to the same high school Ann and Nancy went to. Years after they were there of course. There are a bunch of much better chick bands out there. Quote
pc313 Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I seen them in late 76 in Vancouver,Wa. at the Red Caboose Bar,i had fake ID from Oregon.and they did one set of Led Zeppelin! I heard they were a Led Zeppelin Cover Band in their early days. Quote
bstach Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Wouldn't the best chick band be like the GO,GO's or the BANGLES? If you like, but I recall I said " best heavy metal chick band" Quote
pc313 Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 DREAM BOAT ANNIE,I don't think was heavy metal! But they did a nice ZEPPELIN set,and there were some all girl bands that were HEAVY METAL in the 80s! Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Heart sucked poo. Never could stand that screech. Couldn't play worth a damn, either. Quote
kevbone Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 Nice troll. Ann Wilson is one of the great singers of our time. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 (edited) OMFG Bone, Merry Christmas! Ann Wilson sounds like a dead cat with holes punched in it duct taped to the tip of an airplane prop. I'd rather have a high speed grinder strapped to each ear. There are only a handful of bands that produce red jets of hate from my eyeballs...and Heart is one of The Chosen. Even Eddie Money doesn't do that to me. tvashtarkatena Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 I would rather be forced to watch those three make love to each other than listen to 'Barracuda' again. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 If Heart sucked any more the entire universe would implode through its own asshole. Quote
bstach Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 (edited) Ann Wilson has put on a ton of weight since the 80's [video:youtube]GYbyCIxSY_w Edited December 24, 2008 by bstach Quote
bstach Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Ann Wilson and Meatloaf should do something together. Quote
pc313 Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Ann Wilson and Meatloaf should do something together. She lost about 100lbs. but still a good 200lbs,just seen them on P.B.S. last year and they even did a Led Zeppelin song,Nancy has got alot better at lead guitar!! Quote
No. 13 Baby Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Ann Wilson and Meatloaf should do something together. Yeah probably lunch... and dinner. Quote
G-spotter Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Ann Wilson and Meatloaf should do something together. If I was named Meatloaf I'd be extra cautious around Ann. Looks like she eats two or three as an appetizer! Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 Ann Wilson and Meatloaf should do something together. Teaming up for The Biggest Loser comes to mind Quote
catbirdseat Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 Her singing reminds me of Janice Joplin only way better. Quote
