prole Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Anyone want to share their Ted Stevens stories? It's okay, he's not dead yet. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Wow, another political thread (bashing the right) from Prole! That's unexpected! Quote
StevenSeagal Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Wow, another political thread (bashing the right) from Prole! That's unexpected! Wow, another political thread from Prole with a sarcastic and acrimonious response from KKKKK. That's unexpected. What's next? No. 13 Baby giving KKKKK some shit? Quote
billcoe Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Somebody's got to do it. If true, then everyone should be doing it. asswipe link story "Senator Daniel Inouye, Democrat of Hawaii, who is the chairman of the defense appropriations subcommittee and a friend of Mr. Stevens, said that “he is innocent until proven guilty.”" true dat as well. Quote
StevenSeagal Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 You're so above the fray! Like hell. I'm 100% spray. What you see is what you get. No irony here. I'm Hard to Kill. And just remember- you're neither above the fray, nor Above the Law. One thing's for sure, though, wherever there's Prole or a Hitler thread, I know where to find you. Quote
olyclimber Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 i'm pretty sure these people are just bots Quote

Whoops! The long-running federal corruption investigation in Alaska has been hanging over Mr. Stevens as he faces his toughest re-election contest in many years. Mr. Begich was expected to mount a strong challenge even before word of the indictment spread. Quote
billcoe Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 Why "Whoops"? I thank you for tagging the link correctly:-). Given the dudes power, they don't usually prosecute a fella like this unless they are Damn Damn sure. So he's more guilty than not to start with. Still, should and will get a day (or month or OJ TERM), IN COURT. If nothing else, earmarks to Alaska and 2 billion dollar taxpayer funded bridges (funded primarily by us, by non-Alaskans) to a nearly uninhabited Alaskan island to get pizza delivery will hopefully slow down a bit. Thats a good thing for the taxpayers in every OTHER damn state of the Union. Quote

StevenSeagal Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 No, in Alaska the oil companies will pay you $10 a passage to drive over it. Quote
prole Posted July 29, 2008 Author Posted July 29, 2008 Why "Whoops"? Sarcasm-free day is Thursday, so it's okay to use today. Stevens tossed his career in the toilet for a wrap-around porch and a gas barbeque. Good riddance. Quote

No. 13 Baby Posted July 29, 2008 Posted July 29, 2008 More bad news for the GOP? Fox will simply identify him as Ted Stevens (D-AK). Quote
