jawon Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Looking for suggestions... wifey and I want to go on a short international trip in june... a little culture and a little cragging, nothing serious. Any non-obvious ideas? Western europe and mediterranean area sounds too hot. Southeast asia sounds too wet. Australia seems too far. Yeah, yeah, I'll stop whinin' Quote
mounthay Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 Germany, Poland, or Slovenia? Slovenia's probably pretty hot in the summer though. Quote
NTM Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 No personal experience, but I've heard that Ceuse (France) is great about that time of year (maybe even a little cool) because of its higher elevation. Paired with world-class climbing and awsome food, this destination gets my seal of approval Quote
rbw1966 Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Dolomites? Slovenia, Croatia? Things wont be too hot in June but getting there. Quote
cj001f Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 Stay at home. If you can´t figure out where in the world to go, you shouldn´t travel. Wales. Cloggy won´t be hot. Quote
