PickleJuice Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Bill, I have yet to climb any of the routes up there, but I'm willing and foolish enough to get on anything! Larry might be showing up too. I can be there around 5:45...if I see you great otherwise I'll be on that wall that no one knows about...I think you have a unique name for it... Hope you had a wonderful rest of your Sunday! Quote
geoff Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Hello. I would like to go but can't make until 6:30p. I am not sure where the secret wall is but if you are climbing with Larry from the Ledge he could vouch for me. Â Geoff Quote
PickleJuice Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Hi Geoff, I'll look for you! (follow the squeaky voice...) Quote

billcoe Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 I'll be there with Ujhon, time is about right, but I want to give some time to rwmwrtr at some point to show her the traverses on top. Â Don't have my cell with me though. Â How about emotional rescue and the 5.11 to the East of it if it's just us 3. ? Quote
billcoe Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 Can I go too? Â Of couse, and don't be so damn polite Geoff, it's painful and clashes with the way the rest of us assholes talk on this site. Â see you up there Quote
Knottygirl Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 next week I'll be down to climb any day after work if someone need a partner! Picklejuice...nice to meet ya the other day on "the wall that no one knows about!" Quote

aradia Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 Sorry I missed it. Just as I was about to leave work, I had to work even longer. Didn't leave until 8:30. =/ Â I'm definitely up for getting in as much climbing next week as possible, though. Quote

rmncwrtr Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 Thanks again Bill for showing me around last night. You were right about the legs being sore. They sure were this morning! Quote
billcoe Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 Thanks again Bill for showing me around last night. You were right about the legs being sore. They sure were this morning! Â You are so welcome. I live for your happiness: (I say that to my kids to joke around:-) Â We should do it again. Start getting serious? Â Hey, wheres the TR from your husbands Mt. Hood (the "Everest of Oregon") climb BTW? I didn't see him on the news so it much have been OK. Â I hope it was a (good) dream come true for him. Quote
rmncwrtr Posted June 2, 2007 Posted June 2, 2007 Would love to I'll be there this weekend and sometime next week, not Tuesday though, too. Look for the silver mom-mobile w/WA plates! Â Hubby's trip up Mt. Hood was awesome, a total dream come true so much so I have no idea what I can get him next year for our anniversary. Suggestions greatly appreciated. Â A not-news-worthy climb, too, thank goodness, though I told a PMR pal that if he got a page that day he'd better get up there pronto Hubby hit the summit around 7 and was down at 11. We had a nice lunch at the lodge before heading home. In hindsight we should have stayed that night too. Lesson learned for the next time. He can't wait to climb again. Considering what he spent on clothes and stuff, he'd better get back out there soon and start making the most of his investment. Now to get him some rock gear though he's definitely more an alpine guy Quote
PickleJuice Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 I want to get out this next week too! Bri, it was wonderful meeting you too! Way to stealthfully show that climbing can be done in a skirt. Quote
aradia Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Ok, so let's try this again. Who's available this evening? Quote
billcoe Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Ok, so let's try this again. Who's available this evening? Â Won't your skirt get wet Sean? Quote
Knottygirl Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Bill has access fund scheduled the rocky butte clean up yet? Quote
billcoe Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 Sgt Schultz. Â (ie, I dunno) Â sorry Bri. Â But if you need a belay next time you're out climbing in a dress, something to keep in mind is that my belay skillz are topknotch! (insert leer here) Quote
