Check http://www.dave-stephens.com/iceclimbing/iceclimbing.htm and http://www.gravsports.com for most of those Rockies ice routes that you have listed.

 

All the Canadian alpine routes/areas (and even the Chief), and some of the N. Cascades that you have listed are on Bivouac.com, aren't they?

 

If you aren't using them for profit, and you don't tell anyone, it shouldn't be a huge problem using them.
