Dru
How come it is sunny in the week and rainy on the weekend? Would it be too much for the reverse once in a while?
Gary_Yngve
We're getting payback for April this year, where we had the exact opposite situation. Â I don't mind the rain one bit. It gives me a chance to spend time on all the other activities I do other than climbing.
Alpinfox
...all the other activities I do other than climbing. Â I have heard rumors that such things exist. Please list examples.

John Frieh
Sunny skies on Stuart all weekend. Colin was there too... where were you? Â
klenke
Let's see, Sunday was a great day to be in the Cascades at least south of, say, Cascade Pass. The higher peaks were in the clouds but anything lower than 6,000 ft was clear. It was warm too. I'm kicking myself for not going climbing, though I did do outdoor activities. Â So, you see, often the forecast is not good at this time of year but the weather improves. Prepare yourself for improving conditions and go out if it does. If it doesn't, go out anyway...and suffer.
